Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Google Play and the App Store require this page — keep it reachable and accurate.

From inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the app and go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Can't sign in?

Enter the email on your account and we'll process the deletion and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your profile, content, and usage records are permanently removed. Subscription billing history retained by Apple/Google is governed by their policies. Anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you may be retained.

What deletion doesn't cover

Your alarms, wake-up history and QR codes are stored only on your phone, so deleting your account doesn't erase them — uninstall the app or use Settings → Clear local data. Deleting your account also doesn't cancel an Alaria Pro subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or it will keep renewing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
